Company Overview

KAWC & KOFA have been serving the border communities of Southwestern Arizona, Southeastern California and Northern Mexico for 50 years. We provide NPR and BBC news along with regional coverage by the KAWC News Team. We also partner with other public radio news departments to share our coverage of the border region across Arizona and along the Colorado River. A service of Arizona Western College, KAWC serves a minority-majority community that includes listeners on both sides of the border with Mexico and 3 sovereign native American communities. KOFA provides a diverse music service that extends from Yuma in Southern Arizona to other Arizona communities including Prescott, Flagstaff and Kingman.
