What is Rocky Mountain PACE?

Rocky Mountain PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a managed health care plan exclusively for older adults. RM PACE participants receive primary medical care, medication management, physical therapy, specialty services, in-home care, social work assistance, and transportation to and from the RM PACE day center and medical appointments. With RM PACE, you can remain living in the comfort of your home and get the medical care you need in a safe environment.
