Company History

Our Story

The Neighborhood Clinic (TNC) began in 2023 as a nonprofit organization, inspired by what we witnessed in our communities during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic highlighted a growing shortage of primary care providers, limited access to timely healthcare, and the significant impact these challenges had on both physical and mental health. Patients were struggling to find providers, experiencing long waits for appointments, and often going without the care and support they needed.

As TNC grew, we recognized that in order to strengthen and support our nonprofit mission, we needed to expand our model by developing a for-profit organization that could help the nonprofit continue to grow and flourish.

Today, our goal remains simple: to care for the whole person. Whether a patient needs medical care, mental health support, preventive services, or ongoing management, TNC strives to make quality healthcare more accessible while addressing both the physical and mental health needs of the communities we serve.
