The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a fellowship-trained, board certified or board eligible full-time Urogynecologist and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon (URPS). Candidates should have an interest in developing and maintaining an active clinical practice, medical and resident student teaching, and other academic or research activities. This position will be 100% clinical teaching and located at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center as well as other clinics in the surrounding area. The rank of appointment (Assistant/Associate/Professor) is open and will be commensurate with the experience and professional accomplishments of the selected applicant.

Call responsibilities shared amongst URPS providers- no OB or GYN call required.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Urogynecologist with a proven track record of leadership to join our esteemed team.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in departmental and system initiatives.
Provide individualized, compassionate care to URPS patients.
Teach medical students, OB/GYN residents, and Urology residents.
Implement state-of-the-art diagnostic modalities, including multichannel urodynamics and cystoscopy, for all types of pelvic floor disorders.
Collaborate with a skilled team of urogynecologists, APPs, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Proficient in urogynecology surgeries with privileging eligibility
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and the community.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with completion of accredited fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery is required.
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Ohio and Kentucky.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
