The Opportunity
Location: Bayport, MN
Schedule:Part-time to start — Thursdays & Fridays
Growth Path:Potential to transition to full-time

Scope:Provide comprehensive care alongside providers experienced in specialty services
What You’ll Do
Delivercomprehensive, high-quality dental carein a patient-centered environment
Create a warm, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient
Diagnose conditions and develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and confidently communicate treatment recommendations
Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families
Collaborate seamlessly with clinical and administrative teammates
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of care and safety
Engage in a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous development
Specialty Services & Advanced Technology
Our patients enjoy access to a broad range of in-house services, including:
Endodontics
Oral surgery & dental implants
Sedation dentistry
Our office is equipped with modern technology that supports outstanding diagnosis and treatment planning:
CBCT (3D imaging)
iTero digital scanner
You’ll practice in a setting that embraces innovation while offering patients convenient, comprehensive care.
