Serving our community since 1978, we are an established 5-doctor team that maintains a high quality of medicine, offers a wide variety of treatments, and thrives on clinical complexity-from advanced dentistry and in-house ultrasonography to urgent care cases. What You Get:

• $130K-$180K Base Salary + Production with No Negative Accrual
• True 4-Day Work Week: Spend your extra day exploring the Wasatch Mountains or the “Mighty Five” National Parks.
• Shift Consistency: We are open M-F(7:30 AM -7:00 PM) and Sat(8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

What You’ll Do:

• Advanced Clinical Care: Utilize in-house ultrasonography and high-volume digital dentistry to provide top-tier outcomes.
• Diverse Case Mix: Manage everything from routine wellness to urgent/emergency cases that keep your skills sharp.
• Collaborative Medicine: Work alongside a 5-doctor team that prioritizes “The Bountiful Way”-compassionate care and collective problem-solving.
• Shelter Partnership: Give back through our active collaboration with local animal shelters.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree
• Active (or pending) Utah Veterinary License
• A passion for surgery, dentistry, and building “year after year” relationships with families.
• Collaborative mindset-you’re a “doctor’s doctor” who enjoys sharing knowledge.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time salary range, $110,000 - $150,000 per year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
