Applied Behavior Services, LLC is seeking a passionate BCBA® to join our Wentzville Center Campus, a DESE-approved therapeutic education program serving students with autism and related developmental disabilities.

At ABS, our BCBAs® work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team to develop meaningful behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise implementation of individualized treatment programs, and mentor highly trained behavior technicians and educators. You'll collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, parents, and school district teams to help students build communication, independence, academic, and social skills.

Primary Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
Design and oversee skill acquisition programming using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Analyze behavioral and educational data to guide treatment decisions.
Provide competency-based supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, educators, and caregivers.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school district personnel, and families to support student success.
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Monitor treatment integrity and ensure ethical, evidence-based clinical practice.
Maintain clinical documentation and compliance with BACB®, state licensure, and organizational standards.

Qualifications
- Current BCBA® certification (or eligibility to obtain certification if otherwise qualified under applicable requirements)
- Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field
- Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience supervising and training behavior technicians and other clinical staff is preferred
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based practice and lifelong professional development
