Pacific Sports Rehab is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our highly collaborative outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice. Our hand therapy program currently includes one experienced CHT and two hand therapists actively pursuing their CHT certification, creating an environment dedicated to mentorship, clinical excellence, and professional growth.

Position Highlights:
Full-time position with flexible scheduling where you can adjust your hours to take time off without using PTO.
Established referral relationships with local hand and orthopedic surgeons
Strong emphasis on individualized patient care and evidence-based practice
Quarterly Bonus: 3% of net revenue based on individual and clinic performance metrics
Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 4% employer match through Fidelity.
Paid Time Off: 4 weeks (160 hours) available after 30 days of employment, to be used annually.
Health Benefits: Choice of comprehensive health insurance coverage or a $300/month health stipend if you opt out of the clinic’s plan.
Optional Extra Coverage: Aflac Accident insurance (~$20 per paycheck depending on plan)
EMR (Prompt + Sidekick) utilizes audio scribe feature to reduce the stress of documentation and decrease daily note burnout!

Requirements
Qualifications:
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Washington State
Strong clinical skills in upper extremity rehabilitation
Experience with post-surgical hand, wrist, and elbow rehabilitation
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentorship and clinical excellence
