Rise Therapy Partners is seeking an ambitious, growth-minded Physical Therapist to become the founding Clinic Director of our new Garden City South location.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role from the beginning and help create the culture, patient experience, referral network, and clinical reputation of a brand-new outpatient rehabilitation practice.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Leadership:

• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care
• Maintain high-quality clinical outcomes
• Mentor therapists, aides, and students
• Support evidence-based practice initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement efforts

Operational Leadership:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Monitor key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance and documentation standards
• Collaborate with administrative and billing teams
• Help implement new systems and technologies

Business Development:

• Build relationships with physicians and referral sources
• Represent the clinic within the community
• Participate in networking and outreach initiatives
• Develop strategic partnerships that support clinic growth

Talent Development:

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding
• Mentor developing clinicians
• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
• Support student clinical education programs
