Rise Therapy Partners is seeking an ambitious, growth-minded Physical Therapist to become the founding Clinic Director of our new Garden City South location.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role from the beginning and help create the culture, patient experience, referral network, and clinical reputation of a brand-new outpatient rehabilitation practice.

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Leadership:
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care
- Maintain high-quality clinical outcomes
- Mentor therapists, aides, and students
- Support evidence-based practice initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement efforts
Operational Leadership:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance and documentation standards
- Collaborate with administrative and billing teams
- Help implement new systems and technologies
Business Development:
- Build relationships with physicians and referral sources
- Represent the clinic within the community
- Participate in networking and outreach initiatives
- Develop strategic partnerships that support clinic growth
Talent Development:
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding
- Mentor developing clinicians
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
- Support student clinical education programs
