About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to step into a Clinic Lead role at our Sydney CBD clinic.

Momentum Physiotherapy has been operating this established CBD clinic for over 15 years. You will be taking over the role from a long-standing senior clinician (7 years) who is relocating out of Sydney, providing a strong foundation and continuity of care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clinical work and is ready to take the next step into leadership — with strong support and guidance from an experienced clinic owner.

The Opportunity:

• Step into a Clinic Lead role within a well-established CBD clinic
• Take over an existing client base from a long-term senior clinician
• Work closely with an experienced clinic owner who owns and operates multiple sites
• Build and maintain a strong personal caseload
• Lead a small team within a supportive structure
• Opportunity to work within Fitness First, with access to full gym facilities and equipment
• Long-term pathway to partnership available for the right person

Requirements

Your Role:

This is a clinical leadership role with ongoing support.

You will:

• Manage and grow your own caseload
• Deliver high-quality clinical care and outcomes
• Provide leadership and direction within the clinic
• Support day-to-day practice operations and performance
• Work alongside the owner to continue developing the clinic
