We’re seeking an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a Clinical Director position. 

This is a unique leadership opportunity within our well-established and growing veterinary group, with the flexibility to tailor the role around the right person.

We recognise that the ideal Clinical Director role looks different for different people, so we’re open to discussing a structure that aligns both with your strengths, interests and long-term career goals, as well as the needs of our clinics and teams. This may include opportunities for single-site leadership or leadership across multiple clinics.

We’re genuinely flexible and happy to have an open discussion about what a successful and sustainable role could look like for everyone involved.

Who are we? 

Judhar Vets is a network of 11 clinics located in and around Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Most clinics are within a 25-minute drive of the south-side suburbs, with one located on the northside at Strathpine and one on the Gold Coast across from Harbour Town. Founded and directed by husband & wife team, Andrew Beattie and Dr Judy Harbison, our clinics are built on a foundation of passion and care for the veterinary profession.

Our Brisbane Bayside clinics are supported by experienced nursing teams, loyal client bases, and modern equipment, while maintaining a strong team culture and high standard of patient care.

Previous leadership experience is a bonus, through not essential. What matters most is finding someone with the drive to support their team, foster a positive clinic culture, and help lead high clinical standards.
