Compensation: 60% - 70% Fee Split (Dependent on test kit ownership)

About the Position:
Tennessee Mental Wellness is an established, multi-location boutique clinical practice specializing in trauma and relationship healing, serving children through adults across Sumner and Davidson counties. We are experiencing a surge in demand for comprehensive psychological testing, specifically ADHD/neurodevelopmental batteries and civil forensic evaluations (personal injury / trauma mapping).
We are seeking a licensed Psychologist (HSP) to step into a turn-key testing role. We provide the physical office space, handle all marketing, manage scheduling, provide the EHR, and secure 100% upfront retainers/deposits. You simply focus on clinical administration, scoring, and high-quality report writing.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical interviews and administer objective psychological testing batteries (ADHD, cognitive, emotional and specialized forensic assessment instruments).
- Formulate diagnostic classifications and write comprehensive, legally defensible evaluation reports.
- Utilize our internal EHR system for secure documentation and charting.
- Provide timely turnarounds on evaluation reports to meet court, legal, or clinical deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology form an APA-accredited program.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist with Health Service Provider (HSP) designation in the state of Tennessee.
- Experience: Documented competency in objective assessment (WAIS/WISC, executive functioning betteries, etc.) Prior experience or formal training in civil forensic evauations or personal injury testing is highky preferred.
- Traits: Strong legal boundary management, exceptional report-writing skills, and strict adherence to deadlines.
Earning Potential:
Salary Range:
- $134,000 to $270,000
- This is a 1099 fee-split position (60%-70% depending on test kit ownership). The posted annual range represents realistic earnings based on a consistent part-time to full-time testing schedule ($1,400 per completed ADHD battery / $3,500 per completed forensic evaluation).
