What Your Impact Is:

• Lead the development and evolution of ERM's global corporate strategy capability.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support Executive Committee and Board decision-making.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, competitive threats, and investment priorities.
• Drive data-led analysis to improve business performance, profitability, and enterprise value.
• Establish robust strategy frameworks, governance processes, and reporting methodologies.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across regions, industries, services, finance, and corporate development functions.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• Required
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or business transformation roles.
  • Strong background within leading global consulting and/or large multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience developing corporate strategies, conducting market assessments, portfolio reviews, and evaluating growth opportunities.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in capital allocation, investment analysis, and value creation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and supporting executive-level decision-making.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams within complex, matrixed, global environments.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and technology platforms for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic analysis and insights that inform growth, investment, and business performance decisions.
• Establish and scale ERM's global corporate strategy function and operating model.
• Lead market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic research initiatives.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational performance assessments to identify value drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate capital allocation priorities and strategic investment opportunities.
• Partner with senior business leaders to support enterprise strategy development and execution.
• Prepare and deliver executive reports, Board presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Build and enhance market intelligence and knowledge-management capabilities.
• Coach, mentor, and manage local strategy resources while fostering a culture of analytical excellence and collaboration.
