Salary: $60 to $80/hr DOQ/negotiable, higher + bonus available for Expanded Functions

Duties:
- Provision of all basic dental hygiene services scope.
- Work cooperatively with the dental team.
- Accurately report and record patient information.
- Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction to patient.
Requirements
Education/Training:
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program. Ability to be licensed in Minnesota. May include travel to various clinical locations and schools for willing provider.
