Description
Monarch Dermatology & Surgery is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our independent, physician-led dermatology practice in Loveland, Colorado.
We are looking for a thoughtful, clinically strong provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and providing high-quality dermatologic care in a collaborative environment. Prior dermatology experience is strongly preferred, although we are open to considering an exceptional candidate with a strong clinical background and a demonstrated interest in dermatology.
Monarch provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and pediatric dermatologic care, with particular expertise in skin cancer, cutaneous oncology, Mohs surgery, complex medical dermatology, and pediatric dermatology. Our advanced practice providers work closely with board-certified dermatologists and have direct physician access for challenging or complex cases.
The PA will evaluate and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions and may perform comprehensive skin examinations, skin cancer surveillance, biopsies, cryotherapy, medication management, treatment planning, follow-up care, patient education, and other office-based dermatologic procedures based on experience and training.
We value appropriate provider autonomy while maintaining a highly collaborative practice environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who wants to build a long-term career in dermatology while working closely with experienced dermatologists and developing individual areas of clinical interest.
Full-time is preferred, although some schedule flexibility may be available for the right candidate. Start date is flexible, with a goal of adding a new provider by early 2027; an earlier start is welcomed.
Compensation is competitive and will be based on dermatology experience, schedule, and productivity. Benefits and incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
