About our client

Our client is a well-capitalised, growing credit investment fund. This company focuses on investing in property-backed loans. They are looking for a Director or MD to lead debt origination in Spain and be responsible for originating and leading deals from day one. What the job involves

• Originate bridge loan and medium term lending investments, secured against property assets
• Take a lead role in the day to day analysis and execution of investments
• Structure and negotiate investments, identify potential structuring issues and create solutions

Who we are looking for

• Significant prior investment experience in short-term property-backed lending
• A successful track record of originating new business
• An existing pipeline of short-term property bridging finance deals
• A strong network of potential clients in Spain
