Description

The Director of Beach Volleyball will lead all aspects of the program as part of a high-performance multisport academy, including athlete development, coaching, recruiting, competition planning, parent communication, and college placement. The Director will build a culture of excellence, grow enrollment, and ensure every student-athlete receives exceptional training and personalized guidance.

Requirements

Job Requirements
Proven experience coaching beach volleyball at the collegiate, national, or international level.
Strong knowledge of athlete development, periodization, competition planning, and performance training.
Demonstrated ability to recruit athletes and grow a successful program.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and parent-communication skills.
Ability to develop athletes for collegiate, professional, and international competition.
Commitment to academic achievement, character development, teamwork, and the standards of a high-performance multisport academy.
College playing or high-level competitive beach volleyball experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree and relevant coaching certifications preferred.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Successful completion of background screening and all youth-safety requirements.
