Description
Matthews Auto Group is seeking a Director of Digital Performance to lead and scale a data-driven marketing operation across 16 dealerships.
This is a high-impact role focused on building and optimizing a full digital ecosystem that drives measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead all paid digital channels (Google Ads, Performance Max, paid social)
-Oversee SEO strategy across all locations
-Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per sale
-Build and manage closed-loop tracking (website, GA4, CRM, offline conversions)
-Use real sales data to optimize campaigns and scale performance
-Develop internal tools and automation to improve efficiency
-Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
-Expertise in Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking, with ability to implement and ensure lead and data accuracy
-Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
-Experience integrating marketing platforms with CRM systems
-Familiarity with automation, APIs, or AI tools (preferred)
-Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
