Description
Lehigh University's graduate enrollment is growing and the strategy behind that growth needs a sharp, experienced marketing leader to drive it forward. As Director of Graduate Marketing and Campaigns, you'll sit at the intersection of data, digital strategy, and institutional ambition, shaping how prospective graduate students discover, engage with, and choose Lehigh.Position Number: S80036
This position is a Grade: 11 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $83,910-$102,080 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
What You'll Lead
- Develop and execute university-wide graduate digital marketing strategy across Lehigh's full graduate program portfolio
- Lead SEO and AEO initiatives to strengthen organic visibility and answer-engine presence for graduate programs
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, and social channels
- Oversee CRM-connected acquisition workflows, ensuring prospective student journeys are personalized, timely, and conversion-focused
- Coordinate with individual colleges to align program-level messaging with institution-wide enrollment priorities
- Partner with University Communications to maintain brand consistency across all graduate marketing touchpoints
- Collaborate with Enrollment Systems to ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and technology enablement across campaigns
- Manage relationships with external marketing and media agency partners, holding them accountable to agreed deliverables and outcomes
- Build and maintain a performance reporting framework, translating campaign data into clear insights for senior enrollment leadership
- Report directly to the Executive Director of Graduate Enrollment Strategy, contributing to institution-level enrollment growth planning
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Higher Education Administration, or a related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing, enrollment marketing, higher education marketing, or a related field
- Experience with SEO, digital advertising, content marketing, marketing analytics, CRM platforms such as Slate, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or similar tools preferred
- Proven ability to coordinate across academic and administrative units without losing momentum
- Strong analytical orientation, with experience turning performance data into enrollment strategy
- A track record of managing external agency relationships and holding partners to outcomes
- Experience operating in a multi-college or portfolio environment requiring both diplomacy and decisiveness
