Overview

Manasquan River Golf Club is looking to hire their next Director of Outside Operations. The current Director of Outside Operations will be transitioning into a new role here at the club. Manasquan River Golf Club prides itself on creating a FAMILY style culture for all of its employees.

Experience Required

Experience working at a high-end private club within the Golf Operations is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

The responsibilities will include the following:

Managing a Caddie Yard of over 100 Caddies

Training new Caddies

Receiving Feedback from Members on Caddies

Helping MRGC Management Team create best possible experience for all members and guests

Manage Staff Scheduling for all Outside Operations Staff
