Description
ENO Brands, Inc. is a full-service one stop jewelry supply chain partner dedicated to mastering the art of jewelry craftsmanship, working closely with leading industry brands and lines. Along with our manufacturing factory partners, we are present in every step of the development and production process, from initial idea creation to packaging and delivery.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Strategic Merchandising (DOSM) is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategic merchandise line plans across both ENO's Private Label and Licensing divisions. The DOSM serves as a key strategic advisor to the Executive VP, providing financial analysis and data-driven guidance on brand acquisition opportunities, existing client revenue projections, and new client growth potential.
This role is highly client-facing within the Licensing division — representing ENO in buyer meetings, presenting curated assortments, and managing relationships with existing retail buyers in close partnership with the account management team. The DOSM also owns the financial analysis of Licensing department projections and leads the creation of external visual presentations for both new brand pitches and existing client opportunities.
The DOSM is additionally responsible for leading all packaging development for the Licensing division — overseeing the full process from concept creation and execution through final approval from brand ownership. In partnership with the Creative Director and account team, this role also ensures ENO’s market week showroom displays are strategically curated and visually compelling.
