Leadership
Maintain visionary perspective.
Anticipate emerging trends and issues.
Serve as ambassador for TTH with donors and stakeholders.
Ensure the continuity of the TTH Strategic Plan to provide a dynamic speaker series to open minds and stir curiosities.
Program Oversight
Provide direction and oversight for speaker selection.
Oversee speaker contracts and scheduling.
Secure venue details.
Make vendor arrangements.
Fundraising & Financial Management
Guide the TTH Board in fundraising efforts for TTH and Tulsa Town Hall Endowment Fund.
Handle financial transactions.
Prepare financial statements.
Internal Management
Lead and manage day-to-day operations with a working, hands-on board.
Oversee staff, volunteers, subscribers, and donors.
Maintain organizational data, including reporting systems, subscriber information, and donor records.
Ensure operational efficiency, internal communication, and organizational integrity.
External Relations
Direct all TTH publicity in coordination with Community Relations Manager
Represent TTH as a thought leader and contributor to the economic energy of Tulsa.
Build relationships with community leaders and organizations as well as other town halls throughout the country.
Note: This job is on-site and full-time, yet allows some flexibility and remote work.
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience in managing comparable organizations.
Experience in fundraising, marketing, public relations, and community engagement.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with a board of directors and lead teams effectively.
Skills

Has excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
Demonstrates a visionary and imaginative approach to leadership, bringing innovative ideas and strategic thinking to organizational initiatives.
