Description
The CITY OF UNION CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY in New Jersey is seeking a highly
qualified and motivated individual to serve as the Executive Director. The selected candidate will
be responsible for supervising all aspects of the Housing Authority's operations. The Authority
administers a total of approximately 583 Section 8 vouchers and owns and operates 703 family
and senior apartments in various locations in the City of Union as publicly owned affordable
housing units (Section 9 PHA units) and employs approximately 35 full-time staff members and
approximately 8 part-time staff members.
Candidates must have a minimum of a 4-year college degree from an accredited college or
university, as well as 5 years of related experience (a Master's degree may be substituted for 2

Compensation:
Salary Range: $165,000.00 to $200,000.00, based on experience.
