Description
The Executive Director provides leadership and oversight for the daily operations of The PATH Children’s Advocacy Center. This individual will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, multidisciplinary team partners, community organizations, donors, and grant administrators to support children and families affected by abuse.
The Executive Director will also help guide The PATH CAC as it continues working toward accreditation through the National Children’s Alliance.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Oversee daily operations and the delivery of core CAC services
-Provide leadership, supervision, and support to staff
-Work collaboratively with the Board of Directors on organizational planning and priorities
-Maintain compliance with grant requirements, reporting deadlines, organizational policies, and applicable standards
-Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, reimbursements, and organizational recordkeeping
-Lead fundraising efforts, donor development, community outreach, and special events
-Build and maintain relationships with multidisciplinary team partners, community stakeholders, governmental entities, donors, and grantors
-Represent The PATH CAC professionally within the community
-Maintain consistent organizational communication, including website and social media content
-Support continued progress toward National Children’s Alliance accreditation
QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related field preferred
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-Ability to work collaboratively with a volunteer Board of Directors, staff, partner agencies, and community stakeholders
-Experience with grants, budgeting, financial management, public speaking, or community engagement is beneficial
-Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet important deadlines
-Commitment to trauma-informed, child-focused services and The PATH CAC’s mission
-Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
