Southern California Reproductive Center (SCRC), a nationally recognized leader in fertility care, is seeking a Director of Clinical Reproductive Health Services to lead clinical operations at our flagship Beverly Hills location.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership for daily clinical operations and patient care excellence.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical teams.
• Champion quality, safety, compliance, and an exceptional patient experience.
• Oversee staffing, productivity, workflow optimization, and clinical budgets.
• Support clinical innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Active California RN license and BSN required.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong operational, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Fertility or women's health experience preferred.
• ASRM REI Nurse Certification preferred.
• Must be onsite in Beverly Hills.
