This highly impressive community hospital is seeking a BC/BE FM provider to join its rapidly growing practice after undergoing a $29M expansion and renovation.

Position Details:
• Modern 25-bed critical access hospital equipped with advanced medical technology, in-house specialists, AI scribing, specialized clinics, dedicated provider care team, and more
• Full-spectrum, traditional family medicine practice; heavily outpatient-focused with the opportunity to round on your own inpatients
• True 4-day work week schedule with the flexibility and autonomy to be as relaxed or as busy as you want to be
• $315K base salary guarantee, quarterly wRVU bonuses ($58.50/wRVU), $100K commencement/retention package, 8+ weeks PTO, IPERS, malpractice with tail, and more
• Providers in the practice are earning $600K+
