The Fertility Institute of North Alabama (FINA) is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our growing reproductive endocrinology and infertility practice in Huntsville, Alabama.

We are especially interested in candidates with previous REI/IVF experience, including fertility cycle management, ultrasound monitoring, and patient education. Experienced Women's Health or OB/GYN Nurse Practitioners with a strong clinical foundation and an interest in transitioning into reproductive medicine are also encouraged to apply.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage new and established fertility patients
• Monitor IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, and frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles
• Perform transvaginal ultrasound monitoring
• Review laboratory and ultrasound results
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with our physician
• Educate patients regarding medications, protocols, and treatment expectations
• Perform office procedures within scope of practice
• Coordinate care with our physician, nursing team, and embryology laboratory
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama CRNP license or eligibility for Alabama licensure
• WHNP certification or FNP certification with significant women's health experience
• Minimum of two years of advanced practice clinical experience
• Previous REI/IVF experience strongly preferred
• Fertility ultrasound and cycle management experience preferred
• eIVF or comparable fertility EMR experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and patient education skills
