Job Description

As an FP&A ED or Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading financial planning and budgeting processes to support business objectives.
• Providing in-depth financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Developing financial models to forecast and evaluate business performance.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Overseeing the preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Mentoring and managing a team of finance professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A ED or Director should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
• 10 - 15 years of experience
• Brokerage is highly preferred then banking experience
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
