Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about patient care and energized by the opportunity to be a foundational contributor within a growing practice. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse outpatient population while collaborating closely with chiropractors and support staff to deliver integrated, effective care.
Beyond day-to-day patient treatment, this position is ideal for someone who wants to help develop systems, influence clinical workflows, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation and billing
- Collaborate closely with chiropractors and team members to coordinate care
- Contribute to the development and growth of physical therapy services and protocols
Qualifications
- DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
- Interest in contributing to program development and clinic growth

Additional Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $85,000–$120,000 per year
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
