Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Master's Degree in Business, Organizational Development or Clinical field of study.
• Experience - Five (5) years of experience in roles related to safety, quality, infection prevention, patient experience, and patient advocacy. Experience working in a healthcare environment. Experience with performance improvement, project management and/or change management in healthcare preferred.  Experience in leading large-scale project design and implementation preferred.
   

In Lieu Of

In lieu of a Master’s Degree, a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a healthcare setting in roles related to safety, quality, infection prevention, patient experience, or patient advocacy is required.  Experience in performance improvement, project management, and/or change management preferred. Experience leading large-scale project design and implementation preferred.
 

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses

• Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Licensure related to functional area (safety, quality, infection prevention, patient experience or patient advocacy) preferred.
