- Medical Director & Hormone Peptide Wellness Specialist
Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are an established practice with a strong patient base, trained staff, and proven systems, and we have been serving Northern Arizona for years. Now we are looking for the right physician to partner with us for the long term: someone who wants to practice meaningful medicine, shape the future of our wellness programs, and grow with us.
Your clinical home will be our hormone and wellness side of the practice: BHRT for women and men, peptide therapy, and complementary areas like skin health optimization, anti-aging, and performance medicine. These programs are up and running today, and this is where we want your voice. We are actively optimizing and expanding our wellness offerings, and you will have real input into the protocols, the patient experience, and the direction we take, including our upcoming men's hormone optimization and performance program and, down the road, sexual wellness.
As Medical Director, you will provide the medical direction our practice operates under, including standing orders and clinical oversight. You will find a team that values your clinical judgment and communicates openly. Our aesthetics side is well established with proven protocols, so you can focus your energy where it counts most.
Arizona grants naturopathic physicians the broadest scope of practice in the country. Our practice is built around that full scope, including in-house dispensing under an Arizona Certificate to Dispense, so you practice at the top of your license. We are systems-driven, marketing-strong, and growth-oriented: you focus on medicine, and we handle patient acquisition, operations, and the business engine behind you.
WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE
Seeing patients and prescribing across hormone protocols (BHRT for women and men, including TRT) and peptide therapy
Collaborating with our team to optimize and expand our wellness programs
Bringing your clinical expertise to complementary areas: skin health, anti-aging, wellness, and performance
Leading the clinical side of our men's hormone optimization and performance program as it launches
Providing medical direction: standing orders, delegation, and clinical oversight
Maintaining accurate documentation and the highest ethical and clinical standards
THE DETAILS
This is a full-time position, approximately 30 to 40 hours per week, on-site in Prescott, AZ, serving Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, and the Quad Cities. Relocation to the Prescott area is required, and it is an easy sell: Prescott is one of the most desirable places to live in Arizona, a historic mountain town at 5,400 feet with four mild seasons, outdoor recreation in every direction, and a genuine community feel, about 100 miles north of Phoenix. Compensation is competitive, depending on experience, and we are flexible in structuring the right arrangement with the right person.
