The Opportunity
We are seeking a hardworking, motivated, and caring Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our board-certified Physician to care for a diverse patient population of both adult and pediatric patients.
This position is full-time and services will be provided in person in our clinic in Tallahassee, FL. This position is not suitable for those seeking a telehealth opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to new and established pediatric and/or adult patients presenting with a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and detailed medical histories.
- Order, interpret, and perform diagnostic tests (e.g., skin prick testing, patch testing, spirometry, exhaled nitric oxide testing, laboratory evaluations).
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans, including allergen immunotherapy, pharmacotherapy, lifestyle/diet modification, biologics and immunoglobulin replacement.
- Collaborate closely with supervising/collaborating physician to ensure seamless, top-tier patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on allergy management, medication usage, and emergency action plans.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice as an NP or PA in the state of Florida(or eligible to obtain).
- Certification: Board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- Experience: Experience in allergy/immunology, pediatrics, or family medicine is a plus, but highly motivated and eager-to-learn new grads are welcome to apply. It is expected that applicants will likely have limited knowledge about the field of Allergy & Immunology. An appropriate period of one-on-one training and close supervision between the applicant and the physician is anticipated and will be provided
