 With the majority of our consumers living in the western suburbs and our office conveniently located in West Lakes, South Australia, this role offers the opportunity to work close to the community you serve while maintaining strong team connection and support.

 Multiple positions are available in both full-time and part-time capacities. We welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and new graduates looking to start their career in a collaborative and rewarding environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Clinical experience in Community Aged Care (HCP, SAH) and/or strong interest to work within the Community Aged Care sector.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and Consumer Directed Care.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Current First Aid Certificate, Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
