Your impact in this role
You will:
- Complete driver assessments and rehabilitation, supporting independence and safety
- Assess for and prescribe vehicle modifications that improve access and confidence
- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions aligned to client goals
- Monitor progress and outcomes in meaningful, practical ways
- Produce clear, high-quality and timely reports
- Collaborate with Superyou’s multidisciplinary team to share insights and ideas
- Contribute to service development, innovation and continuous improvement

- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Certification in Occupational Therapy Driving Assessment (preferred)

Requirements
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- First Aid Certificate
- WA Driving Instructor’s Licence (desirable, not essential)
- Experienced — or ready to grow?
Our first preference is for an experienced Driver Trained OT.
However, if you have 3–4+ years of OT experience and a strong interest in driver assessments, we’re open to an upskilling pathway. Superyou can support suitable candidates through Driving Instructor training, with structured mentoring and development along the way.
