We are actively hiring an Occupational Therapy Supervisor who specializes in hand therapy for our Burbank clinic and are especially interested in welcoming a skilled therapist who will provide high quality care and be a leader for team members, manage the department both operationally and financially.

Patient Care Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
Fabricating thermoplastic splints

Qualifications
Masters/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy
Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
Certified Hand Therapist preferred 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
