What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and functional impairments
Develop programs to improve strength, mobility, ADLs, upper extremity function, and return to daily activities
Educate patients and families to maximize outcomes and independence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team in a positive clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Occupational Therapist (California)
Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
Experience or interest in orthopedic, hand therapy, neurological, or functional rehabilitation
Passion for patient-centered, one-on-one care
Motivated, team-oriented, and growth-minded professional
