About The Junction Works
The Junction Works is a not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the communities of South West Sydney since 1987. Our mission is to create new possibilities in people’s lives through innovative and enriching community, youth, children's and disability services.
Our main office is located in Austral, with clinical services delivered from our Busby clinic and within participants’ homes, schools, workplaces and communities. We service the local government areas of Bankstown, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool and Wollondilly.

Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist will provide assessment, intervention and capacity-building supports to people with disability across the lifespan. The role involves identifying participant strengths and support needs, developing therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals, and working collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Candidate Profile
Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
Current General Registration with AHPRA.
Experience working with people with disability is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Current NSW Driver Licence.
Current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of participants, including assessment, intervention planning, assistive technology recommendations and equipment prescription.
Develop, implement, monitor and review therapy supports aligned with participant goals.
Conduct assessments and prepare high-quality reports and recommendations to support participant outcomes and NDIS funding decisions.
Deliver services in accordance with evidence-based practice and organisational standards.
Collaborate with participants, families, carers and stakeholders.
Apply the NDIS Code of Conduct in all work practices.
Participate in ongoing professional development.
