About the opportunity
As an Occupational Therapist with ClearSky, you will support clients with a range of cognitive, physical, developmental and psychosocial needs. You will deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to build independence, functional capacity, participation and quality of life.
The role offers clinical variety and the opportunity to collaborate with clients, families, support networks, service providers and allied health colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
Essential
* Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Min 1-2 years Occupational Therapy experience in clinic and/ or community-based delivery.
* Current Australian driver licence.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage a caseload and contribute within a team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build effective relationships with clients, families and service providers.
* Commitment to high-quality, person-centred service delivery and productivity expectations.
Desirable
* Experience supporting diverse participants or clients with from various funding streams.
* Clinic and community-based Occupational Therapy experience.
* Experience with assistive technology, equipment prescription or home modifications.
* Experience supporting people with complex functional needs.
Compliance requirements
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
