We are currently seeking full-time Occupational and Physical Therapists who are passionate about pediatric care and thrive in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

Work-Life Balance You Can Count On
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Summer Schedule: Fridays off
No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call
Position Overview
Therapists provide one-on-one, individualized care while working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to help children reach their fullest potential.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess children using standardized tools and clinical observations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate and collaborate with caregivers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
