We are seeking a talented and passionate licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time or part-time position. While we provide vestibular and neurologic rehabilitation, we also have a robust orthopedic caseload. Our immediate need is for a skilled, hands-on manual therapist who is confident treating orthopedic patients and enjoys delivering individualized, high-quality care.
Under the leadership of the Doctor of Physical Therapy, the Physical Therapist Assistant will play a key role in supporting patient recovery and optimizing physical performance by delivering customized and compassionate patient care. Our Clinic and Schedule
- Standard appointments include 20 minutes of hands-on therapy.
- Appointments take place in private treatment rooms.
- Our small clinic emphasizes personalized care and strong patient relationships.
- Office hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on manual physical therapy skills
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant school
- Active California PT license, or a recent graduate nearing licensure
- Ability to manage a busy orthopedic caseload
- Ready to onboard and begin treating promptly
Compensation
- $35.00 to $40.00/hour, based on experience and credentials
- Sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 if you begin employment by 9/21/26
