Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements therapeutic programs based on established goals with consideration for medical recommendations, protocols, and precautions. These programs may involve the administration of modalities
- Supervises the treatments provided by the Physical Therapist Assistants relative to the goals and treatment plans of patients. Communicates with Physical Therapist Assistants regarding the prognosis of the patient
- Completes documentation, which meets federal and state guidelines
- Maintains licensure in conjunction with federal and state guidelines

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Currently licensed in Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist
Preferred Qualifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
- 1+ years of outpatient experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
