About the Practice: Elite Performance and Rehabilitation is looking to add a dynamic, team-oriented individual to join our team of clinicians. We are a thriving, outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy business with 2 locations serving the greater Santa Barbara area. Our physical therapists are manually based and treat a wide spectrum of patients of all ages dealing with post operative, acute, or chronic orthopedic issues. Elite Performance was established in 2003 and has been working with the top medical professionals on the Central Coast to provide exceptional physical therapy to people of all ages.
About the Role: We are looking for clinicians with orthopedic experience, although strong new grads are encouraged to apply as well (PTLA status is welcome).
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of patients referred to the clinic
- Establish and execute treatment plan of cares to promote patient progression towards meeting their functional goals
- Maintain proper and timely documentation and billing
- Maintain open dialogue with clinic directors, co-workers, and physicians to facilitate patient care or identify personnel issues as needed
- Meet continuing education requirements for license renewal
