Physical Therapist Opportunity
Invictus Healthcare System in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a multidisciplinary practice specializing in spine, neurosurgery, pain management, and foot and ankle care. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who wants more than just a job— you will ultimately take the reins of the PT department in the practice. We are even open to a new graduate – you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a supportive environment before taking the reins of the department. As a new grad, if you are looking for a place to learn, grow, and build real clinical confidence, we would love to meet you. As an experienced PT, you can step into a role that allows you to do patient care with the assistance of a PTA in a clinic setting that doesn’t require the difficulty of working nights or weekends.
What You Will Love About This Role
- $85,000 to$100,000 depending on experience
- 3 Weeks PTO to start

- No work on major holidays – 12 to 14 paid holidays per year

- What You Will Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with foot and ankle or spine conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with providers and care team
- Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and prevention
- Complete timely and compliant documentation
- Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Eligible for Oklahoma PT licensure
