Physiotherapist – Advanced Rehabilitation & Movement Performance
Dynamic Stability Physiotherapy Physiotherapy and Pilates PTY LTD is seeking a Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our highly regarded team across our Richmond and Ripponlea clinics.
Are you a physiotherapist who enjoys combining hands-on treatment with progressive strength-based rehabilitation and movement training?
At Dynamic Stability, we integrate manual therapy, strength programming and clinical Pilates to deliver personalised rehabilitation programs that restore movement, build resilience and optimise long-term performance.
For over 25 years, Dynamic Stability has built a reputation as one of Melbourne’s leading clinics for integrated rehabilitation and movement performance. We work closely with GPs, orthopaedic surgeons and specialists, managing a diverse caseload including elite athletes, complex musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions and long-term strength-based rehab.
Dynamic Stability is also proud to be the Victorian Headquarters for Polestar® Pilates Education Australia, providing our clinicians with exposure to world-class education in movement-based rehabilitation.
The Role
- You will play a key role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation and performance-focused physiotherapy, including:
- Comprehensive assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries
- Delivering hands-on physiotherapy combined with strength and movement-based rehabilitation
- Designing individualised rehabilitation and performance programs
- Managing post-surgical and complex rehabilitation cases
- Monitoring outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team and referral network
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist
- Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy or applied science or similar
- At least 1-3yrs of experience working in similar role
- Strong clinical interest in advanced rehabilitation and movement optimisation
- Excellent manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Interest or experience in strength-based rehabilitation or Clinical Pilates
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Experience in Clinical Pilates, Strength & Conditioning or movement-based rehabilitation models will be highly regarded.
- We welcome experienced physiotherapists, as well as motivated clinicians looking to develop advanced rehabilitation skills in a supportive environment.
