- Practice Manager - Multi-Clinic Operations
Description
AllCare is hiring a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations across 3-5 Primary/Immediate Care clinics within an assigned market. This role is for an operator who loves building high-performing teams, standardizing workflows, and keeping clinics running smoothly - with a strong bias for action and ownership.
What you’ll own
You’ll be accountable for clinic execution and business performance across your assigned sites, including:

Operational oversight across multiple centers (utilization, quality, patient experience, profitability)

Clinic performance management - monitoring and driving revenue and operational KPIs with clinic teams

Budget ownership - manage practice budgets, track monthly performance vs. targets, and escalate risks/variances

Performance improvement - identify operational and growth opportunities to improve clinic results

Throughput + scheduling + utilization - partner with central teams to ensure staffing coverage, patient flow, provider utilization, and center-level revenue cycle process adherence

Team leadership (non-provider staff) - hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management for Medical Assistants and center staff

Provider partnership - serve as the point of contact for center-level operational issues, concerns, and performance topics impacting care delivery

Clinic readiness + compliance - workflows, inventory, HIPAA/OSHA standards, patient escalations, and day-to-day execution
On-site expectations

On-site presence is required - you should expect to be in clinics regularly

Multi-site travel is required - up to ~90% across assigned clinics in the Atlanta metro market
What success looks like (first 60-90 days)

Staffing and schedules are stabilized across all assigned clinics

Standard workflows are implemented and consistently followed

Clear performance expectations are set - morale improves and avoidable issues decrease

Patient experience escalations trend down and operational KPIs trend up
Requirements
You likely have:
-
3+ years of people leadership experience (healthcare strongly preferred)

Experience running scheduling/payroll rhythms, holding teams accountable, and operating in fast-paced environments

Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity

Working knowledge of EMR systems and strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)

Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control basics - and the ability to enforce standards consistently

Bonus: Medical Assistant or clinical background
