Position Announcement: Preschool Director
Full Time: 40 hrs/week
Start date: July 2026
Bright Beginnings is seeking a spiritually mature Christian and highly qualified Preschool Director. Bright Beginnings is a New Mexico Focus 5-star Christian childcare center and preschool located in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico, near New Mexico State University. We currently enroll just under 100 children and are adding a kindergarten class beginning Fall 2026. Additional information about our school can be found at https://brightbeginnings-lc.org
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in school leadership or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
Minimum of 3 years of school leadership experience
Experience in Christian school setting preferred
Salary: Commensurate with experience and education
NOTE: This position could potentially be combined with another position at Bright Beginnings and/or University United Methodist Church.
