Step into a leadership role at the forefront of the energy transition. As Project Director – Green Hydrogen & Renewables, you will drive the development and delivery of largescale, innovative energy projects, from early concept through execution and operational readiness. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, you will collaborate with internal experts and global partners to deliver bankable, highimpact infrastructure that accelerates decarbonization.

Your Role

• Lead the endtoend development and delivery of utilityscale green hydrogen and renewable energy projects
• Define and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives and contractual commitments
• Drive projects toward Final Investment Decision (FID) and financial close while ensuring technical maturity and bankability
• Oversee engineering, integration, and EPC execution across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Manage full project performance including cost, schedule, quality, risk, margin, and cash flow
• Lead negotiation of commercial agreements including PPAs, hydrogen offtake, and strategic partnerships
• Build and lead highperforming project teams while fostering a culture of safety, governance, and continuous improvement

• ability to lead largescale engineering or energy infrastructure projects across full lifecycle stages
• aptitude for managing complex, multistakeholder and multidisciplinary environments
• proficiency in commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and financial management
• ability to drive project performance with strong governance, risk management, and delivery discipline
• aptitude for strategic leadership and executive decisionmaking in fastevolving environments
