Take the lead in driving operational excellence and growth as Regional Director of Operations for a Midwest urgent care system.

The Position 

• The Regional Director of Operations will provide strategic oversight, drive operational performance, and support the growth of multiple clinic locations within an assigned region.
• Reports to the organization’s Chief Executive Officer.
• This leader’s primary responsibility will be to drive alignment from senior leadership to clinic-level staff, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations. Additionally, this individual will oversee labor forecasting and scheduling while ensuring clinical teams operate at the highest level of care, with effective processes and workflows in place.
• Ideal candidates will be hands-on, visible leaders who thrive in a “boots on the ground” environment. This individual will bring a collaborative approach to unifying operations, with a strong focus on growth and performance. A genuine enthusiasm for community engagement and team leadership will be key to success in this role.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in multi-site operations is required with a background in healthcare preferred.
