| Job Summary | The Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement Analyst Senior leads advanced analytical assessments and enterprise performance initiatives that strengthen financial outcomes, operational effectiveness, and compliance across the revenue cycle. As a subject-matter expert in data analytics, workflow redesign, and change management, this role partners with leadership to design sustainable improvements, inform strategic decision-making, and enhance organizational capability. The Senior Analyst also mentors other analysts and prepares executive-level reports to support enterprise revenue cycle strategies. Why Join Our Team? Effective 7/1/2026, this position will report through the Enterprise Revenue Cycle department in Beyond Blue. |

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted. |
