SEEKING DIRECTOR OF HOSPITAL MEDICINE

Sleepy Hollow, New York - Northwell Health
Northwell Health is seeking a Director of Hospital Medicine for Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow to lead a growing hospitalist program. The Director will work with Chair of Medicine, hospital leadership, along with Medicine Service Line leaders to facilitate team and hospital operations, quality, and strategic planning. Promoting continuous improvement of the Division of Hospital Medicine will be key to success. Candidates will be board certified in Internal or Family Medicine, clinically active with leadership training/experience and demonstrate ongoing excellence in team-based initiatives. Candidates will also require strong communication and a desire to mentor and teach.
